Property Receptionist
We are seeking a professional Property Receptionist to join a busy front-of-house team based in Aberdeen city centre. This role is central to the smooth running of the property department, acting as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries while providing essential administrative support across the team.

Full-time / Permanent Position / Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Carry out accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring client and property records are kept fully up to date
  • Support general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, managing diaries for legal professionals within the firm
  • Maintain a tidy, organised and well-stocked reception area at all times

  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident, approachable and professional communication style
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Competent using standard office equipment including printers, scanners, and computers
  • Able to multitask and stay organised in a busy office environment
